Surrounded by tropical mature gardens, while relaxing in either the upper or lower level screened porches. Just a few steps away you’ll come upon the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, sandy beach and private dock. There is also a community pool for your enjoyment.
Sundancer a private development centrally located in Sandy Bay a 10-minute drive from the airport and West End Village where you will find many restaurants, shops, activities and nightlife.
The open plan living, dining area and kitchen on the main level has a double set of French doors which open to the screened porch allowing you to enjoy fresh air and more living space! The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances.The main level of Phoenix House has one bedroom, the second bedroom is on the upper level both with private tiled baths and walk-in closets. Across from the upper level bedroom is the second screened in porch providing another private sitting room.
There are ceiling fans and individual air conditioning units throughout.
Cable TV and wi-fi included.
This free standing 2 story cabana offers tropical style, privacy and comfort. Ideal for a group of friends or a family gathering, kids are welcome!

This was a primo spot for us but might not be for everyone. To me, the only reason to go to Roatan is if you are a hard core diver or snorkeler. We loved this location because we could swim 250yards out to the reef every day and it was awesome. Crossing an active boat channel means being heads up, not for novices
William was perfect guests! Exceptionally clean and while we didn’t get to meet, it was easy to communicate via email. I’d gladly host him again and highly recommend to any host as they’re ideal VRBO guest.
Lush tropical surroundings, very clean and well maintained, we enjoyed both screen porches, the pool and the beach. We stayed 2 weeks, found taxi transport easy. The home has comfortable furnishings and lovely artwork. Thanks for a great time!

Short walk to the beach! Great dock with fabulous snorkeling right nearby. House was clean and comfortable. Really great vacation!

Phoenix House was a perfect place for our family during our visit to Roatán and diving with Blue Island Divers, just down the beach. The upstairs veranda was our favorite place during the day, where we could hang out in the breeze and trees and sky. It is literally a one minute walk to the beach and the multi level dock, which is a beautiful place to take in sunsets. The Sundancer complex is in the quiet end of Sandy Bay, about a 10 minute drive to the tourist heavy area of West End, where most of the restaurants are to be found. This is an easy cab right away, or, if you rent a car, beware of windshield tinting. It makes driving at night a bit like Mr. Toad’s wild ride… Very hard to see (very few street lights, and very worn road markings).

My husband and I stayed at Phoenix House for three months. Tanisha was so helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we might have had. There was always someone on site at night for security purposes. The house itself was clean and very well maintained. Beach access is steps away and snorkeling off the dock was amazing. The location was close to grocery store and you can easily get a taxi to West Bay/West End. We would definitely stay here again.
It was a pleasure to host Christina and her husband for their stay, they were perfect guests and are most welcome to return.
Photos don’t do this house justice. Beautiful screened in porch. Good location. Basically looks like new construction. Hosts were outstandingly responsive as well. Strongly recommend.
