Classic island style beach house with modern amenities conveniently located on Roatan’s south shore. Just a ten minute drive from the airport and all the activities of West End Village and West Bay Beach.

The house comprised of 4 separate buildings interconnected with decks provides both privacy and spacious indoor / outdoor living.

As its name implies, Jennit Hill is sited above the water’s edge a few steps down to the gazebo, swimming pool and sandy beach with swimming and snorkeling at your doorstep.

The main building has a comfortably furnished living room and bar, one bedroom, and full bath. Up a stair ladder is a second bedroom with king size bed and half bath. A second building houses a third bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a full bath; a large bathtub perfectly placed in an alcove overlooks the garden. To the right of the main building, a large deck area connects the third building which includes a formal dining room, full bath, and sleeping loft. Last, but not least, the fourth and smallest building is a fully-equipped kitchen. Connecting these two, a cozy outdoor dining area with BBQ overlooks the sea. Ceiling fans throughout and tropical breezes with spectacular sea views add to the comfort of this island home. On a clear day, the mountains of mainland Honduras appear across the sea. Living on site, full time caretakers Darlin and Iveth are available for housekeeping and cooking upon request.	Click Images to Enlarge
