• On the second level, there is a catwalk that leads to a screened balcony on one end and two guest bedrooms on the other end with a second full bathroom.
• One guest room has a queen size bed; the other has two twin beds.
• The kitchen has an island bar with stools, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood cabinets, and is fully equipped.
• All rooms have separately controlled air conditioning, ceiling fans, and travertine floors.
• Just a short walk down a palm lined path to a white sand beach and Sundancer dock for great swimming and snorkeling, or enjoy the large community pool.

• $1200/week - Maximum 6 people
• Please add 25% for Christmas, New Years, and Easter weeks.
• $500 security deposit returned upon satisfactory check out inspection.
• Rates do not include 16% Honduran Sales and Hotel taxes.
