The morning views

Very clean and a great location. The morning views from the balcony make this property excellent.

Thank you for your review and suggestions, so happy to know you enjoyed it!!!

The view was breath taking

Let’s begin from the start with check in. They gave me the wrong address and sent me to the wrong house. We finally reached our actual destination the view was breath taking. The house is beautiful. We did kayak which was included with the house. You get a nice breeze at night so you won’t need AC. The beds are little hard and uncomfortable but we worked with it cause we are young. Only concerning thing I had was the bats. I hope they do something about it. Bats slept on the balcony’s ceiling.

Thank you Paola and Family, We apologize for the confusion with the google coordinates, We are glad that your stay turned out well.

This property was fantastic and fit our needs perfectly. It is close enough to town, where we were easily able to go out for food/drinks. We had a car, which was helpful, in my opinion, to get to and from town (and around the rest of the island...which was fun to explore). The property management provided excellent service and were very quick to respond and easy to get a hold of. I would definitely recommend staying at this property, which was comfortable and had beautiful views of the bay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! I am delighted to hear you were well pleased with the management company. It was a pleasure to host you.

Great accommodations

I just returned from a great week at the Parie House. The home and location was so much better than I could of imagined. From starting our mornings on the deck drinking delicious Honduran coffee and watching the pelicans fish and boats going by to finishing our day with a lovely sunset kayak. The home had everything we needed and the accommodations were quite comfortable. We really appreciated the closeness to West End without the noise. West End is an easy walk but taxis come by if you rather ride. Thank you Roatan Property Management Team for being so wonderful and always quick to help. We will be back.

Dear Vicki, Thank you for sharing your feedback, so happy to hear you were please with the service provided from the team. We´d Love to have you back.

The location was amazing very safe and private with a million dollar view

Parie house itself was fine nothing fancy just what you need. The grounds are beautiful as is the beach and bay . The kayaks were a nice bonus that allowed us to paddle out to the reef which was pristine. The 2 dolphins in the bay also provided us many hours of enjoyment. You could survive without renting a car as the cabs are plentiful and cheap . Take a cab to west end and the water taxi to west bay . The staff from The property management company were very helpful. The interior of parie house is dated and reminded me of cottages on lakes in Canada. I caught bone fish off the dock and saw snook as well .

Hi Dave, We are so pleased that you found PARIE HOUSE to be exactly what you were looking for. Thank you for your review and hope to see you again. You were wonderful guests!

Wonderful place for our family

Fantastic place, great support, great location! Very easy to get to/from and having water access was fantastic. There's a groundskeeper onsite which made us all feel completely safe. We'll be back!

Wonderful Place

I was extremely happy with our choice. The property management company was a pleasure to work with and I really liked the location. It was secure, quiet, private, peaceful, and just a couple minutes’ drive from West End. We made the 2 minute drive almost every morning to dive with Sun Divers (highly recommended).

A rental vehicle is definitely recommended. We rented a 4x4 SUV through Best Car Rental, Roatan (highly recommended). We never needed the 4 wheel drive but we got a great deal and the extra room made it easy traveling with dive gear. It also gave us the opportunity to travel around the island freely. We checked out French Harbor, Flowers Bay, West End, and West Bay. We would have liked to check out the resorts further east but never found the time.

The kayaks were great; we used them a lot. There are several dive sites in and around Gibson Bight alive with beautiful and healthy reef. We'd tie the kayaks up to one of the available buoys and free dive/snorkel for hours.

The house was well appointed, had a nice deck overlooking the water, and was up a bit on the hill so the breeze was good. The bathroom was spacious with a nice walk in shower and plenty of clean towels and linens to last the week. The washer and dryer was convenient and the kitchen was perfect, providing everything necessary to prepare our own meals. The property was very secure and we felt safe the whole time.

This was the best Vacation ever!!!

1. Gated entrance very secure!

2. Beautiful grounds with spectacular Sunsets!

3. Very clean no bugs or mosquito's!

4. Super close to west end $2.50 cab ride!

5. Satellite TV 200+ channels for rainy day or wind down at night!

6. Great bakery at end of driveway for breakfast!

7. Roatan is great island with wonderful locals that are very friendly

I rank this Island very close to Hawaii in its beauty, but 1/5 of the price and lot closer to the east coast. We are already planning our return.

The house was charming and very well set up and the island breezes were delightful. We didn't need air conditioning and enjoyed eating and relaxing on the porch which overlooked the bay. It is is easy to get to West End and West Bay for site seeing, snorkeling, swimming and sunning. There are a lot of things to do on the island like swimming with the dolphins or parasailing or the one that my kids liked which was the canopy tour from tree to tree in the jungle....sort of like being Tarzan. We took the ferry to the island and that was fun too. This is the sort of vacation that most anyone would enjoy.
